ORDERS
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details to complete your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us at support@makmunch.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order hasn't been processed or shipped yet.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.
Q: I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at support@makmunch.com with your name and order details, and we'll help you out.
SHIPPING
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for local areas and 4-8 business days for the rest of India, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value, which will be shown at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we primarily ship within India. Please contact us if you have specific international shipping requirements.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@makmunch.com so we can investigate with our courier partner.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact us at support@makmunch.com to request a return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, perishable goods (like food items), custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Q: I received a damaged or wrong item. What now?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@makmunch.com with your order number and photos/video of the item, and we'll make it right.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
